Shipping policy

Where we ship and what it costs

We ship to Spain, the rest of Europe and the other countries available at the time of purchase. Shipping is free on every order.

Delivery times

We prepare your order in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery usually takes between 7 and 15 business days from order confirmation, depending on the destination.

These times are estimates and do not cover possible delays caused by the carrier, by customs or by force majeure. We will not exceed the 30 calendar days set out in consumer law; if we could not meet that deadline, we will tell you and you may cancel the contract for a full refund.

Tracking

When your order leaves, you will receive the tracking number and a link to follow it by email.

If something goes wrong

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, or does not arrive at all, write to cuentavinted466@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will resolve it: reshipment or refund.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address carefully when you order. If the parcel comes back because the address was wrong, or because nobody was there after repeated attempts, we will contact you to send it again; the second shipment may be chargeable.

Taxes and customs

Orders within the European Union are not subject to additional customs duties. Shipments outside the EU may incur taxes or duties on arrival, which are payable by the recipient.
